Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy is effective 3/10/2020.

Our mission is to help California families navigate the complicated process of entering a skilled nursing home or receiving at-home care. As retirement planning experts, we’ve discovered that many Californians are not prepared to pay for the burdensome costs associated with long term care and especially care received in a nursing home. We are dedicated to helping your loved ones access the benefits they are entitled to while reducing the financial burden for families who are already in crisis.

To accomplish this mission, we need to collect, use, and share some of your personal information. We wrote this Privacy Policy to help you understand how Medi-cal Benefits does that and to provide choices and rights you have in sharing your information with us.
